Greetings all, I have a 1997 corvette that has an electrical problem, I am having trouble getting power to my climate control, all grounds have been cleaned and working properly, the under the hood fusebox hvac (10a) has power to it but the inside fusebox fuse number 18 has no power to it. any suggustions would be greatly appreciated..
As previously stated this fuse is hot in ON !!...you may have to get inside the fusebox and see if you have power on pin A7 on the C2 connector...your 97 matches up with my ‘01 connector and pin location.

Where did you get ur superior throbble shooting skills of the ls corvette ????
I guess that's the part of my brain that got damage when i was in a coma from my motorcycle accident.
Sorry to hear that but there are quite a few on this Forum that are good with electrical !!...there are only a few basic types of automotive circuits...potensiometers, thermistors, solenoids and once you understand how they function electrically it’s easy and can be applied to all cars !!
