Having a bit of a weird issue. My Map lights are staying on in my car no matter what I do (They are Led if that makes a difference). The interior light dial is working as it should and not all the way to the right, all doors are closed, locked or unlocked is the same result, the map lights just never go off. Also, I don't know if it's normal but they are on but "dim" if I go in the car and hit the map light switches they get bright, when I turn them off they are back to dim. No other lights in the car stay on at all, only the map lights.
I had this issue. I also discovered one or both were staying on faintly and draining the battery. I replaced with a different brand and that solved it. Can also check the solder on each connection.

Just a guess but the map lights are controlled by the BCM and the switch on the mirror. Since you have LED's. The BCM probably has a small leakage current that is turning on the LEDs. You can test this out by installing the original lamps and see if they are on. Either way that small current is there, so it doesn't matter if you have the LEDs or a bulb installed.
It's hard to tell what the current draw is when dim but when fully on 20 milli-amps is normally what these LEDs draw. If it's leaky with an LED it's leaky with a bulb.
