2001 C5 Sputtering and Misfiring Below 2k

2001 C5 Sputtering and Misfiring Below 2k
Alright folks, I have scoured this forum for a couple days and I am just not finding the answer I am looking for.
My c5 is sputtering and misfiring pretty bad below 2k RPM. Once I get about 2k rmp everything snaps back to normal and you can feel it. I have tried Cleaning the MAF and throttle body and that didnt help. I checked for codes and every code is unrelated to the PCM.
Recently I had to replace the clutch and flywheel. To do it I had to unbolt the headders and some of the Spark plug wires and I am wondering if I stretched out a spark wire or something? Maybe cracked a plug?
Any idea would be helpful, or guidance.
