Hyperflash and dash lights flashing

I am experiencing Hyperflash problems.
1. Turn signals both flash at same time
2. InstrumInst cluster lights flashing with turn signals and 4 ways.
3. Replaced flasher unit 3 times
4. Installed Hyperflash harness
5. 4 ways work intermittenly
6. sprayed harness connectors with contact cleaner

At this point I don't know what to do. Any advice would be appreciated

I had a similar problem a while back and it was my front turn signal led bulb was shorted out. The only way I was able to run it down was by swapping out my bulbs.

I bought one of these and this fixed all my hyper flash a
nd no flash issues
