Start Car with seats out
I have both seats out & electrical connections to them & seat belts unplugged , can I start the Car without causing any problems like airbags going off , ECM or BCM not "understanding" situation and throwing codes ?

You can start and drive the car without the seats. I've done this to move the car around in the garage with no seats installed. No problems other than a strange POV looking through the windshield while sitting on the floor.
