AC slushing sound
Recently change out the C5 compressor as the original was squeeling due to ac clutch corrosion and sitting un used for years. Prior to changing it out I notice that sometime around corners I would hear a slushing sound.
Now after the change the new compressor it cools great and functions perfect, but I am hearing the slushing sound when I go around corners still.
Some searching tells me it could be the condensation drain hose along the passenger firewall being partially obstructed and not draining properly. Could this be a culprit?
I do live in coastal Florida with extreme humidity. Suggestions welcomed, and I have the equipment to full revacuum and recharge if the answer is that I need to pull a vacuum for a long time to drain any moisture out of the system.
