Oil Additives
Does anyone here recommend or even use Oil additives like STP oil treatment to there Mobil 1....?

Owner's and Shop Manual specifically recommend against it. The LS1 has many small passages, thick oil impedes flow. Plus, with properties of synthetic, additives are NOT needed and can have worse properties than oil and provide worse lubrication.
