As the whole compartment is messed up - with latch missing, hinges broken apart and - what is looking worse - hinges fitment broken at the frame, need advise / list of PNs to look for to replace.
Assuming it should be the whole assembly (black is 10327000 ?) + frame (?) + pins (10280060 ?) + latch (10328822 ?) + lock cylinder (12534394 ?).
Should I keep anything else in mind ?
I found an assembly on e-bay; if that on won't work - and nothing will be in forum - will contact vettenuts (thanks for pointing this).
Delivery is expensive to my part of the word, so question is more about parts list to be in assembly to ensure that all will be inside package and there will be no need to pay extra 50 bucks for delivery of pin worth 3 USD...

Castor, if you told us where your part of the world is, someone here might be able to help you find a more convenient solution.
This assembly is a pretty common failure point on these cars. It doesn't need to be removed very often, but if care is not taken the plastic framework is fragile and it can break. I discovered the glove-box framework on my 4 year old (at the time) C5 was broken also. All of my pieces were still there, just broken, so I was able to fabricate an aluminum reinforcement to keep mine functional.
Corvettes at Carlisle is coming up soon (Aug. 26-28) and there will surely be a perfectly functional one there. I've walked by a few of them thinking this is a good on, but always seem to find something else more pressing to drag home.
If you're not able to attend, I'm sure someone here will look for one for you so you don't have to take a chance on an unknown from eBay. Having said that I've found that many sellers on eBay will answer your questions and accommodate you with additional pictures if you ask them and explain your circumstances.
I’m pretty sure that a latch kit and front cover is available from vendors. My 03 GB was a total mess outside of the latch and cover. Sagging when open due to missing the left side, cover side hinge. I was also missing several pieces of the mounting sections. I bought a plastic welding kit from Amazon that included plastic welding rods and metal mesh. Tack weld pieces back in place and used lots of mesh to reinforce the mounting areas and where needed elsewhere, then fill in the tack areas. Watch a few vids on how to use the welder. Since I didn’t have a left side hinge, I drilled two small holes through the GB cover and used a series of zip ties to secure the remaining part of the hinge. The holes are so small and low on the cover they are unnoticeable. Tip: I only had the right side hinge with pin. My right side hinge tapped out from left to right. One side of the pin is knurled fatter than the other.
Thanks, Gusto. I'm in Emirates (will re-check location settings; I'm sure I wrote it there ), but I have a friend in MA who can receive in US and then ship to me...
eBay guys responded that condition is ok; they are high rated and having hundreds of corvettes' parts - so I assume they are salvage yard.
Decided to trust people and placed a bid... let's see what will come out of it.

Thanks for advise but I was not able to allocate too many pieces. Was thinking about reinforcing back lever, but it is also falling in pieces.
Let's see what will come from eBay

Castor, that's great news. You still have time to make a bit of a list before Carlisle of hard to find items you may need for your C5.
Carlisle isn't terribly far from Massachusetts. Perhaps your friend can head down and pick some things up for you. Lots of Forum folks here go to Carlisle every year and can help your friend look for some of the things you might be needing. Also theC5 Parts for Sale/Wanted Forum is a terrific place to pick up bargains.
Carlisle is a terrific place to find some of those hard to find items and generally some excellent deals can be found. I know I come back every year with things I didn't even know I needed, but just couldn't pass up on because of the price.

Thanks, Gusto, and well noted.
Will try to use this month to dismantle interior - to find out what else will be needed.
Not sure if friend can make it, but at worse case scenario I will have a list

Castor, thanks for letting us know about your successful fabrication, can we get a copy of that fab via email so we can have it done overseas as well. I know your issue with the shipping. If anyone else has a 3d printer design on the structure needed for this unit would be even more valuable for the corvette community.
