Key FOB
I replaced the battery on my 97 C5 door remote. Inside everything looked good, nothing broken when I looked at the fob circuitry. I tried to reprogram the remote but nothing is happening. Any way to test the remote to see itself still good? What other thing could be bad for remote not to pair ?

There are bad solder connections that occur over time with the old fobs, many people are able to retouch the solder connections on the circuit board and get the fob to work again. Be prepared to pay from 75-100$, for a new one they are not cheap.

Yeah I saw remote on Amazon for $84. I wonder if some one repair the remote and videoed it.
