Can't get TPMS to learn
Just picked up a set of wheels and the seller said he updated the TPMS module in his car to a 01-04 version. He said they're AC Delco sensors in the wheels. I have an 01, but can't get the TPMS to learn. Got it in learn mode fine, just won't trip the sensor using a magnet. I've seen posts where people are using fridge magnets or speaker magnets to do it. I tried a speaker magnet that should be plenty capable, but nada. Anybody have the same experience and end up having to buy a special tool/magnet?

i hope it works for you...did you say the previous owner updated his system to 01-04 tpms ? that may be the problem but hopefully the round magnet will work...
