Default A.I.R. pump removal

I recently removed the A.I.R. Pump and hoses. I installed the block off plates onto the stock exhaust manifolds. What else do I need to do? Computer tune? Anything else to cap off?

You will get the check engine light every now and then if you don't change the tune.It doesn't trigger a "reduced engine power", but I found it so annoying that I had the excuse to purchase HP Tuners

There is a vacuum hose that goes to the pump that needs plugged

What is the location of the vacuum hose? Be specific.

I’ve removed the pump. I did plug a hose going to the air box.

Not all years have a vacuum line to the pump. I know 97 to 99 does not.

hey do you remember where you got those block off plates? For my application I'm using stock manifolds but I can't find the block off plates any where please and thanks

Go to your local herdware store and get some 1inch x 1/8 inch flat steel stock and make a pair. Use the gasket as a teplate if you need to
