Need trick for removal of frozen front mono spring adjustment bolts without damaging the spring.

Kroil penetrating lube.
And heat, but not too much.

+1 on the Kroil. It may be expensive but it's the best and every garage should have a can of it.

I had to remove my spring from the car, wrap it in rags, chuck it in a vise, and use a pipe wrench on the bottom part of the bolt. I let mine soak for days in penetrating oil and they were still tight. You only have to disconnect the lower shock mount and ball joint on one side and you can get the spring out. Having it out of the car makes it so much easier.
