Default Headlight Adjustment

Is there any way to tweak the position of the headlight assembly to conform with the body lines? Mine are off a bit when closed and I would like to smooth out the look.

Thanks in advance.

The body colored square piece comes off and there are adjuster screws underneath. Dont be bashful, you wont hurt anything :-)

Yes, take off the panel. Then you will see this (see image below). Whole top black piece can be adjusted to all sides. White adjusters are for height alignment. It is easy job, just takes some time with couple of retries.

Does the panel just pull off? Sorry for the questions, but I'm out of town and not near the car.

If I remember it correctly, you have to unscrew from sides the big black shroud covering headlight and its sides. Then pull it carefully out, because on top of it there is some piece of metal that fits to the panel that you are trying to adjust. After that you can finally unscrew that panel, 3 spots I think ( you will see it easily ), then pull it off.

That metal tab previously mentioned is attached under towards the front of the cover panel. Once you have the black plastic headlight bezel and the screws removed, the cover should slide slightly up from the back end, then forward to loosen it.
