I don't feel a difference between sport and tour. Is there a problem?

Most likely they are worn out. I went with the C6 Z06 shocks but, since you have the F55 system you will need access to a Tech2 to remove the that option

I had the same issue when I bought my 2003 two years ago. Discovered the shipping pucks where never removed when the car was shipped from the factory.

Hilarious, whbrennan. OP, that's worth checking.

I bought my car at ~82k miles and my F55 was worn the hell out. Despite that, I could definitely tell the difference between sport and tour. Tour was soft but not bad, and sport was absurdly soft, like wallowing on a feather bed.

If yours are worn out, strongly consider replacing them with conventional shocks. The cost per corner of the F55 setup is very high - like as expensive as a set of (single adjustable) penske coilovers. A full set of conventional shocks from GM is ~10% the price. There are great aftermarket options for ~20% of the price.

Mine seems soft on both settings at 80,000 miles also. Thanks for the advise!
