The passenger upstream O2 sensor wiring had worked loose from the frame and cooked on a header. I replaced the sensor and also the connector at the end of the harness. I figured that would be it.
For a hundred miles after clearing the code I was right. Then on the way home late last night this triggered.
Is there a fuse related to O2 at all which I can check? It almost seems like when the prior sensor and harness melted to the metal that maybe it shorted something out. I had previously, years ago, used my Tech 2 to be rid of the non-existent AIR system yet researching some of these codes points to possible emissions systems issue.
