Default AC Issue

Just had my serpentine and AC belts replaced, no noises coming from the belts but my AC is not nearly as ice-cold as it was just before the replacement. Any ideas as to what might have been re-installed improperly? Thanks!

May be just low on refrigerant but hard to say without testing.

Fine to top-up or always drain/replace?

Would there be a sudden leak after replacing the belts? Would anything have been touched to create this issue? Just trying to figure out why it started the day I got my car back from the shop!

Really hard to say but best to see if you’re low on refrigerant first !!

Now that the newest C5s are nearing 20 years old, many coincidental things can, and do happen. If it were me, I'd probably do what C5diag says. At a minimum, I'd probably put the A/C setting on the coldest temp, turn the fan on high, pop the hood, and see if the compressor is engaged. If so, see if the low side line is cold/whitish color with frost. Best of luck to you.....
