Syptoms: My IPC has no speedometer and my turn indicators aren't functioning. They'll blink but very lightly. I traced issue to between C100 (connector for front turn lights and splice pack with grounds by right turn indicator). The issue is actually between the male C100 connector and Splice pack behind it on top frame rail under coolant tank. My ground line is over 5 ohms. Note I fiddled with the line cleaned up the splice pack by turn indicator. Everything worked for about 1 minute of driving then went back to way it was before.
Question: Here's my question, I started to pull the harness which is a near impossibility. I cringe at thinking of stringing a new line for that ground in the bundle. Any tricks, other than ghetto rigging another ground, to find bad spot in ground line and repair it?
Any other suggestions greatly appreciated. I definitely have at least one bad ground there.
One easy thing to try is cycle the hazard flasher switch a couple dozen times and see if the turn signals work at all after that.
