Do all drivers side wipers extend passed the windshield at the top about 2" over the window seal? I was using mine today and noticed with the window down the wiper extends 1-2" over the drivers side pillar and/or rubber window trim? Not sure if it hits the rubber window seal or glides right over it but does anyone notice it on there corvette?
Mine are now sweeping just next to the black glass molding and do come back to park area, but don’t fully park also (stay up a bit like in pulse mode). I have just push them down a bit after I get out of car after using. I guess I have to look at the motor sometime to adjust the “discs”.
You bet last nite when i went to heb i had to use the wipers for about 5 minutes and noticed with the window down the drivers side extended outside the weatherstrip windowseal molding about 1". When i got to the store i noticed it maybe does brush over the window seal but hasnt tore it up yet. After i got back i noticed with the wipers off they were both less the 1/2" between the resting block. They would easily go back but wouldnt go up anymore i hate to reposition both to where they hammer the block in park. I'll have to measure and see.
Well maybe it was under a rainy condition. I couldve swore you could see the wiper go about 1" atleast over the rubber trim or pillar. With it not raining its got atleast an inch from hitting the window seal. Maybe it was a mistake i need to check again with a water hose. They are 22.5" outside dimensions so im guessing 22" There maybe nothing wrong i need to try again with a hose on the window.

Yes confirmed with it raining they do extend passed and hit the window trim about 1" eventually it will tear it up. I'm going to atleast try and reposition the driver window wiper.
Got the drivers side wiper where at rest it hits the stop barely. The passenger side does need reposition as well but is frozen to its stud. This should protect the window seal from getting damaged thanks guys.
The PB blaster worked on the drivers side the passenger is still frozen ill get to it eventually as i have to redo the passenger side washer fluid hose a rat had eaten thru it i believe and the elbow was broke. Here's how they were before and after. Lines up straight when you pick it up and down. It is a 22 year old car so some of these things ar expected to happen. With them being a 1/2-1" above resting position it was knocking off the trim as it would glide over it. Hate to mess up a window seal or trim. Im probably going to get a nice set of generic duralast wipers for 15$. Not sure what brand he put on there and spray painted. Looks like maybe they were red at one time.
Ah thanks for pointing that out now i see what you mean. Im not sure if its cause the windshield is curved or the rubber washer fluid hose not to get kinked and yes they're the previous owners double wiper blades with overspray. Im going to get a nice set of single blade 15$ duralast wipers. I'll investigate the bent wiper arm and report back with photos. Mind posting a pic of your factory or any other better picture that shows the condition with wiper arms should be in as well as passenger side washer fluid elbow/hose.
