Squirt it with silly cone or WD-40 or PB Blaster. It's stuck.
It's also a 3 handed job with no room for the third hand.
I came up with a U shaped tool that pressed both sides of the QD fitting at the same time with no hands and then it just popped off.
Don't give up.

Glad you got it.
I had found a fuel connector release kit. Jammed the right one in this. Then slapped it a few times from behind with a wrench which fit around the line. Came off instantly.
