Can anyone tell me if this does look like a real elgin cam and not some regrind? It has the box and amazon assured me it was sold by them as a genuine elgin cam. Was just curious if it was possible to swap a regrind and send it back. The back of the cam it doesn't have any numbers on the cam but L 2871A on the back is all i can read. If anyone has seen a regrind compared to a new one could maybe share some information. The outside container box says from "elgin industries 1100 jansen farm rd Elgin illinois" to "amazon houston tx" i guess where it was stored from july 14. Elgin said it was the "secret sauce x" cam. It does have the cam lobe numbers similar to speedway motors who also sells this cam.
