Sounds like not enough of the lower ball joint housing was ground off when the system was installed. The Rotors are so thick that part of the lower ball joint area needs to be ground off to provide clearance for the rotor when it is straight and turned left and right. Check the inside of the front rotors to see if the lower ball joint casing is rubbing the rotor. If so, remove the rotor and grind off whatever material is needed to provide clearance. :yesnod: Re install, and you are good to go. ;)
