New C6ZO6 shocks
I recently upgraded my shocks from stock to C6ZO6. Happy with the C6ZO6 as far as adding stability to the car. But, when driving on a mildly rough road I get a loud banging from the Chassis, like the frame is hitting the bump stops. I find this annoying. Anybody else have this with this upgrade?

Are they used z06 shocks? High miles? Sometimes they need to be replaced. I have an 07 g6 with 178k miles. The front struts have been banging the stops when hitting bumps or rough roads similar to what you described since maybe 140k miles i've been meaning to change them.
