There are 4 plastic bump stops on the headlight assembly. It may be sticking against these stops. Just flip them around 180 degrees and you should be good to go for another 10 years
Item 4 below shows 2 of the 4 stops
Suggest disconnecting the wire to the headlight from the control module before doing anything. Clean the male/female contacts and reconnect. Might solve the issue.
