Sorry you are having problems, but the guy who installed
mine said it was the best fitting system he ever worked
with on a C5. Maybe you just got a bad one, call them
and see if they can help. I hope it all work out for you.
Any Corsa owners dealt with this? The tips are level, BUT the right side (passenger side) sticks out further... :cry
No amount of adjusting moves the left side out equal to the right, or the right side back equal to the left ??? :cry

The exhaust shop that did mine spent longer on the alignment than they did on the rest of the install. It just seems to take a while to get it right. Then they did a small weld on the joint closest to the front of the car to make sure it would stay in alignment.
It took some playing with but I got mine level and sticking out the same amount. You can loosen the clamps closest to the front of the car and move them in and out some. I spent a couple hours making sure they were pretty close, there is a lot of adjustment with those four clamps..

I know the clamps you are talking about, they were my next guess. How hard is it to back-out some of the pipe at the first clamp?? If this works I will try to back-out about .75 to 1 inch. Hopefully that will put the left side tips even with the right....
i tried for over 2 hours to try to get the same extension on both sides and i gave up. unless your veiwing the tips from the top you can not tell the difference.i called corsa and they told me keep trying to adjust and eventually it will be equal extension. i have the same problem as you ,pass side inch out further than driver side.pro tips. still looks great from behind and sounds fantastic.

They are only in the pipe like 1.5", you can stick one side in a little further though - it just took a lot trial and error.
I also had some alignment problems with my Corsa's. Without going into too uch detail, I just couldnt get them level, so I called Corsa directly. The customer service rep I talked to suggested that the system is hand made and some inconsistancieies might exist.
I was totally dissatisfied with that response. I messed with the clanps about a dozen times and finally got the tips where they look OK, but are not truly level or aligned.
I'll keep the system, but will always have a bit of a bad taste in my mouth where Corsa is concerened.
I finally, after three hours of adjusting, got all four tips level and to stick out the same amount! I used the bracket that goes into the muffler to adjust the level and the front bracket to adjust how far the tips stick out back.
Thanks kp and all others with advice.... I loosened the front left bracket and pulled back about a third of an inch, then moved right front bracket in (forward) the same amount.
Mine too need adjusting, but like others have said there is about .5 to .75 inch of play in the system. Enough to make any necessary adjustments. Glad it worked out.
