polyurethane bushings rear transverse spring
Does anyone use the polyurethane black or red bushing for the transverse spring bolts? My stock rubber ones are starting to decay. To avoid any out of alignment problems i usually use an extra jack under the rear control arm and make sure the leaf spring difference as well as bolt nut threads are the same distance measured on both sides.
Does this kit include both upper and low control arm bushings and does the metal tube slide in for the bolt to ride on? Energy Suspension 5.2106R Energy Suspension Leaf Spring Bushing Sets | Summit Racing
I replaced the front control arm bushings with polyurethane one time on a 95z28 had spent a day letting them burn once lit with a torch then installed the polyurethane bushings is there any other way around this? On the c5 will the simply pry out with a screwdriver?
Does anyone use the rear vms lowering spring bolts with new bushings? May be cheaper to purchase them but not sure of the hardware included could snap drop a wheel into the wheel well.
