I've seen this before where the balancer is DEAD PERFECT but the rubber isn't, I kinda think this was somewhat sloppy production at the factory and not a issue, what do you think?.

Why would you complain about something being reasonably priced? It's just metal and rubber and a simple part, it shouldn't cost more than $100. Tons of reviews here from CF members who have used this exact part for years without any issue, and it's better than OEM.
The old adage from decades ago "you get what you pay for" is outdates and should no longer guide purchasing decisions. Reviews and specs should.
