Drivers side headlight winking - motor ?
Guys
Drivers side headlight winking... turn on - passenger side comes up fine drivers side goes down - turn off passenger goes down driver-side goes up
All bumpers and stops are fine - checked gears looks fine
drivers side does not come up fully about 1 inch short from full up
Drivers side Motor and control Module ???

The arm is just on the wrong side of the stops. The problem is that the stops are a metal tab with a nylon bumper and the arm has crushed the bumper and is passing by the metal.
Loosen the 3 bolts and manually turn it until the arm is on the right side of the stops. Then, remove each bolt one at a time and put 1 or 2 washers between the motor and the body to space it closer to the stops. The washers will make the arm hit the metal tab.
