Driver Side Mirror Not Adjusting

Driver Side Mirror Not Adjusting
My driver side mirror stopped working recently. The passenger one still adjusts with the switch on the door panel, but nothing happens for the driver. Before I go chasing wires all around, is there a common issue that would cause this? Car only has 38K miles and well taken care of.

Try gently pushing the mirror glass left/right several times. Mine did the same. My SWAG was that it occurred because of non use since I am the only one driving the C5. After 'exercising the mirror glass' all is well. Since I do not drive in the rain or at night, I do this 'exercise' occasionally along with headlights up/down, windows up/down (during winter)/ and wipers on/off.

Interesting... I noticed it started this spring after winter storage. I dont normally adjust them either but was trying to back up on my alignment platform and noticed the glass wouldnt move so I could watch the back tires. Ill try moving it by hand before taking things apart.
