It appears to be compatible, but why? Valve cover bolts aren't any kind of high torque application. It's not really worth spending the money for ARP for something like that unless you need a valve cover bolt and you can get a good deal on the ARP ones. It's not an upgrade of any kind.

Thanks. . Yes I understand what you say but any bolt I took off I replace it with the arp if l can ... I don't need to have a headache in the future when I took it out or torque or whatever .
I hate to break it to you but ARP bolts are just bolts.
Noooooo, they're grossly expensive, overrated bolts. I'm not saying they're poor quality, but they're very rarely worth their wild price premium over OEM, especially if you're just doing OEM things like holding a valve cover on.

wow to each is own. Well ,i guess if the engine lets go at redline it will stay intact.
Being that you won't see these bolts with the intake/coil packs on, and this is not a stressed component of the engine, there is absolutely ZERO reason other than to make ARP richer to buy valve cover bolts from them. Now, head bolts/studs, that's a different topic.
