Just some initial impressions on swapping out the GY ran-outs with some new
rubber...After the install, I thought I was driving the wifes MB 320...it is that much of a difference...as for the performance, night and day...these tires were road force balanced with #'s of 4,6,9,12 (where passing is <25 for harmonics and lateral runout etc.) and weights of .75-1.25 per tire. For $811 on the car, seems like a no-brainer. Just need the mini air compressor and I'm set
I also have the Kumho MX Ecsta's out back and they are light years better than the stockers. I can still boil them if I get too wild with the right pedal...but I don't think there is a street tire that wouldn't.
I just put Kuhmo Ecsta MX's 295/35/18 on mine. I have not got a chance to test them though because it has been nothing but rain and now snow here. I can't wait to try them out.
