Default Throttle body compatibility?

Been looking around for an answer but can't seem to find one. I know people usually go to an LS2 TB for aftermarket intake manifolds with use of an adapter harness. To my understanding it's the only one that'll play nice with the factory ECU.

Is there any other GM throttle bodies that can be used? LS3/ls7?

I have a LS7 gold blade throttle body working perfectly on my car. They are still because because people think they dont work. Only paid like $100 for mine. All my tuner had to do was limit the blade opening to about 88% to keep from getting errors.

I had read this post before and knew ECS posted it. Added ECS to the query and it popped right up
