A lot to learn about the current car, a 1998 C5! Big transition for me, my last Corvette was a1958 Fuel Injected unit! Having some problems with the new machine, the drivers side e-brake cable is frozen. I have been reading to find the best method to repair. It appears that the exhaust system on the passenger side and the under body panels on that side all need to be removed just to get access to the cables, then the e-brake lever needs to be disconnected as well. Seems there is nothing easy with the “newer models”.
Looking forward to some discussion on the best way to proceed.
THANKS IN ADVANCE,
