Default HELP All Dash Lights Are On!

I bought a 2001 Chevy corvette a few months back and have had this issue since I bought the car. All of the dash lights are on and don’t go off. I had taken my car to the dealership and they stated that it was my BCM. I ordered a new one through them and had them install / program it. This was not the fix and I am still having the same problem. Any help of advice would be greatly appreciated! I have attached a photo of the lights that are on.

I would start by checking all of the grounds. There are several ground lugs on the frame rails and each one has a splice pack where multiple ground wires come together. These should be taken apart and cleaned.

Yup Me too! This actually could be two or three different problems your seeing all at once. or just bad grounds.

I would have made dealership eat it once they had did their diagnoses and it didn't correct it. OR make them Fully refund everything.
