Help Needed.....in mounting the HUD bezel
I need suggestion or ideas in securing the HUD bezel. I have already cut the dash, but I an having trouble securing this thing in place.

I am getting ready to do the same. How did you cut the dash??? what did you use and did you cut out complete U??

when you remove your dash, there is spot (indicated by indentation) on the bottom the the dash to cut.. I used a dremmel tool with a cutting wheel, but I used one of those flexible extention attached to the dremmel.
I made my rough fit with the cutting wheel, then I cleaned the cut with a round sanding wheel. You have to make a U shaped cut. the trick is getting the bezel in the proper alignment with the projector.
Take you time and do it right, you do not what to mess this job up.
