Which Bilsteins for stock convertible?
After having had several Vettes, including a c5, c6, and c7, I recently purchased a 2002 convertible with the base suspension. It's in very good condition and has had only one owner who took obviously good care of it. But it does need its shocks replaced and I'll be adding a few things to up the performance a little bit without going overboard. I've always been happy with the Bilstein shocks, but I'm trying to decide between the b6, b8, or DRMs. I'm not sure with the stock suspension which would work best. I do plan to at least upgrade the sway bars to the C6 z51 and in the future might upgrade the springs. I typically do some autocrossing and drive pretty spirited, so prefer handling over comfort, but not to spine crushing levels LOL. I did some searches but I haven't seen anything specifically related to shocks with the base suspension in the convertible.
