Assuming your battery is already disconnected...(if not, disconnect it for a couple minutes):
Connect the battery.
Run or drive the car until the water temp is at least 176 degrees.
Park and let the car idle for 5 minutes.
Shut off ignition for at least 30 seconds.
Then go enjoy your car!
