2003 vs 2004 Header Differences?
What are the differences between headers made for 2001 - 2003 C5s versus headers for 2004 C5s?
I have ARH 1-3/4 inch headers with EGR fittings for a 2003. What needs to be done to make these fit a 2004?

I believe the 2003 and 2004 headers are the same. With EGR, were you referring to the AIR system? That part is the same. Older cars had a different oil dipstick set up, but that was 2001-04 were the same. For O2 sensor connections, the 2004 is a square connector, the 2003 and prior were flat.
