i have three broken door panel push clips on the backside of the door panels. Has anyone used the metal u clips they sell to fix this issue? How many are included in one kit and how do you go about mouting them to the door panel? I just shows the u clips in place against the plastic door panel but doesnt show how they are mount or how to install mount them to the door panel

Door clips are available at most auto parts store.
I have the push clips the tangs that are in the door panel are broken that hold the push clips. I need the repair metal u clip retainers that attach to the door panel side that repair it. The only problem it doesnt show how to repair or attach the metal u clip retainers that hold the push clips in place. One set for a door panel is 20$. The push clips are on ebay 5 for 10$ something of that sort.
See 2 or 3 of these are broken on both door panels. They sell metal u tabs to fix this issue on the door panels on ebay but dont say how to mount them to the door panel. Are they supposed to be glued or plastic epoxied to the old abs plastic on the door panel? 2-3 of the plastic retainer parts are broken on both door panels. Ebay sells the metal u retainers to repair this issue on the c5 corvette door panels but doesnt show how to mold or mount them to the abs plastic see pictures attached. I was going to remove the door panels eventually to put ebays c5 precut window tint for 33$ but seen 2-3 are broken when looking under the door panels on both sides.
I removed all the door panel clips. The 2 bolts behind the door pull handle provide enough force to hold the trim panel firmly against the door.
Yes i spoke to the ebay seller about his metal retainers that hold the push clips and it is 19.99$ for 1 metal clip so if 2-3 are broken on one door panel its a bit expensive. Im trying to remove my door panels to do some window tinting. From what i understand you just pull around all the edges unpush clipped and lift off the door window area as any other door panel. The two bolts that hold the door panels in place are t30 torx bits?
For the door handle trim and window/lock switch says to use a regular flat panel remover and slip under all edges of the door handle trim and pop it off as well as on the bottom side of the window switch slide underneath and lift from the bottom side as it hooks in from the top side.
I just did insolation on the door and broke 2 of them. I repaired one with plastic welding and the other with gorilla glue. Both repairs worked well. I also had a few broken white clips that push in the holes. I ordered some from Amazon prime. I also saw they had new window switch modules. Replaced them both for around 60.00
