I'm having problem with 2001 c5. Turn key on and get security notification. Dash does not light up except for very intermittent blinking of all dash lights. Key in off and on the voltage pegs and goes to zero. Sometime it will stay at 12v Norman and start. Turn ignition off then back on and the same negative again. No indication on any meters at the moment.

Might be a data buss problem, try wiggling the rubber accordion that goes from the door into the car, check voltage at battery with meter should be around 12.5 volts, and check your battery cables make sure they are nice and tight.
