Hey I’ve been trying to align my hood and fender but have had no luck so far. I’m thinking since this car was in an accident the shop that replaced the inner fender did not align it correctly. I want to know if there’s any measurements or such I can do before removing the fender liner to confirm my theory.
Knowing the measurement won't be any more help than trying to line up that panel and failing due to insufficient adjustment. Either way you know it's out of your league, and to what extent. I have a bunch of post-paint alignment to tweak myself.

Your probably right but I’d rather fail than pay someone else to fail aligning it. Would you happen to have or know where I could find the service manual on aligning the body panel ?
I don't, but I'm hoping someone else comes along with that info myself. Moving it around should be straightforward, but it seems to be there's probably an order to it that, if followed, makes the job easier.
Several opportunities arrise during the install to have the inner fender too high or too low. Your need to trial fit the fender prior to gluing it to the housing to get the correct height--pain in the ***. After many tries, I took some white paint sticks and drew under the inner fender to make it work. Originally I had measured the length of the original and tried to trial fit the new inner fender at that height--was slightly off. Then had problems with with one end to high and the other too low. by any chance did you have the final measurements from when you glued it on? I want to confirm mine is out of spec before removing and regluing it.
The length of the side of my original was about 1/4" longer than the replacement inner fender. Found it during the trial fit. best is to clamp the inner fender and then close the hood and adjust for fit and gap. takes time but start at the door and move to the front as you get closer to perfect. I ended up using about 5 clamps at the end.
