Default Anyone help me identify these wires?

Found this pair hanging up front. Comes directly out of the harness that runs along the drivers side of the block, near the oil pan. Couldn't find anything in diagrams (though I'm still looking). Ideas?

Thanks!

Wires look to be a “twisted pair” which would point to the wiring for a wheel speed sensor for possibly the left front wheel…have you checked for any codes lately that may point to this ??

Speed sensor harness is fine. At the moment i have a lot disconnected, so codes aren't going to help unfortunately

Actually. I stand corrected. Those are the speed sensor wires. What I need to figure out now is what this connector (which plugs in no problem to the speed sensor connector) goes to.

The alerts I have on the dic are related to handling, traction control, and abs. Not sure if this is due to the missing speed sensor or the other plug.

So further digging and research reveals that this plug apparently goes to nothing. I traced it back to the ABS connector. Where it is a large gauge Dark Green wire next to what I think are two orange black wires, and a smaller gauge yellow wire that has been soldered to the larger gauge brown wire in the plug. I'll post a pic tomorrow afternoon when I get home.

Reading through several diagrams shows no dark green near the two orange/black wires, and I cannot find a yellow wire anywhere for the life of me.

I did manage to get everything else hooked up and pull codes from the DIC. All I have for a codes are the LF and RF sensors reading 0 (which makes sense since I had them disconnected. The RF code went to history after I plugged it back in) and a c1248, which was also a history code.

So I'm at a loss. I've looked high and low and cannot find where this connector could possibly plug in.

Edit: So I did some testing right before I left for work. On a whim, I plugged my mystery connector into the LF Wheel Speed Sensor and lo and behold, all of my alerts for traction control and ABS went away. My guess is that at some point in the cars history somebody damaged the wiring for that sensor. Instead of fixing it at the wires under the car, they went straight to the ABS block and hooked up a new plug there. So that was a bunch of pulling my hair out for nothing lol.
