whine from engine compartment
2003 C5 with about 85,000 miles. Getting a high pitched whine periodically from the engine compartment that doesn't change pitch with engine speed. I can shut the engine off and then just turn the key back on for power and the whine will return without the engine running. Looking for logical suggestions as to what it might be. I wondered if there is a pump of some kind for the anti lock brakes?
