Memory Seat Position 1 Issue

I am for some odd reason not able to set the memory 1 position in my car. If I long press the button no light ever lights up. Pressing the button to put the seat in a position nothing happens either. But when I unlock with the report I can see that light turn on and the seat goes to a previous set position. Is it possible that my switch panel is going bad?

FYI, I have no problem setting memory 2, but I currently on have one remote for the car and it seems to be set to position 1.

Maybe you'll get lucky and find a loose wire on the back side of the switch, but it does sound like the panel may be going bad. Maybe it has gotten wet from rain?
