Default Battery’s Draining

After sitting for a week covered in the driveway my sons C5 wouldn't start. We (I) bought a new battery. Now that battery is draining down as we sit in the driveway. 11.5 volts engine off, 14.5 with the engine running. And thats with a trickle charger on a brand new battery. Pulled several fuses but nothing seems to eliminate the drain. Any clues appreciated.

Here is a good starting point -

Personally had issues with headlight module causing the battery to drain, lights would flicker even when down. Now that it’s fixed haven’t had an issue since, no battery tender and the car sits for weeks at a time.

Possibly ignition switch? Same thing was happening to my car before the switch finally gave up.

Could be a bad battery. Wouldn’t be the first brand new battery I installed that was bad. 11.5 volts is a bad battery sign, the 14.5 is the alternator reading.

Does the car have any aftermarket electronics? Remote start? I would check things like that for a parasitic draw first.
