The MAP sensor harness in my LS2 swapped C5 coupe was chewed by mice, and I am repairing the damage. When I study the adapter/ extension harness interface, I notice that the green and gray wires are swapped at the plug. Is this on purpose to account for the difference between the LS1 and LS2 MAP sensors, or does it just not matter which one goes where? I did note that the orange wire stayed in the same place. The engineer in me wants to match color to color, but if this is by design, then so be it. The wires to the right in the photo are the factory LS1 harness, and the left are the LS2 extension harness.
