When I turn on the A/C or heat it comes out all of the vents no matter which mode it is in. Someone on here had this same problem not long ago. I have tried looking thru the past threads and tried searching to no avail. Any help would definitely be appreciated.

Pretty much one of the most common issues. If you google “C5 Corvette AC problems” you’ll find a wealth of information both on the Corvette Forum and elsewhere.
That said, pay particular attention to posts by Bill Curlee regarding loss of vacuum signal to the control system.
