Electicial issue - Headlight, tail lights, dash
First I found something about this on a 9 year old post but no solution.
I was changing the passenger turn signal and then the following happened, the turn signal works.
- head lights would not go down, they are stuck in the up position, they do turn on.
- Tail lights don't work when the headlights are on but they do work when the brakes are pressed
- Instrument panel lights do not come on when lights are on but they do light up when you press the unlock button and then they turn off
- Fog lights don't turn on but they turn on when you press the unlock button and then they turn off also.
checked all fuses, replaced all relays, checked the wires around the passenger side turn signal and headlights but nothing looks our of place. Was hoping someone else might have a solution.

This all started when you replaced one bulb?
Did you try putting the old bulb back in? Is the new bulb an LED? Can you pull any codes at the DIC?

I would remove that turn signal bulb and see if it fixes your problem. If it's LED try going back to an incandescent.

Put the old bulb back in and also changed the socket, there is a thread on here but it is 9 years old and a few others had the same problem but no fix was posted. My wife went to a car wash and the bulb blow but everything was working. The headlights stop working first.
