Default Questions about "Power Coupler" HELP!

I have a question about the power coupler (the accordian thing that goes between the MAF and the airbridge). Grumpy sent me an extra one he had but when I went to install it I noticed some sort of wire or tube (couldn't tell) that goes from the accordian type coupler to the engine. Now I am wondering what to do. I have not taken off the fuel rail covers yet to see where it ends up, but will if need be. I know that someone here knows what to do.
Thanks.

This tube is connected to the fuel pressure regulator. To install a new coupler gently pull it out of the old coupler and plug it in to your new coupler. If the new coupler doesn't hace a receptacle for it, you have to make one. I did this recently and all came out well. Good luck!

Thanks for the input. I drilled a small hole in the side of it and stuck the old tube in the side. It worked great. Drove it tonight about 40 miles round trip up to 85 MPH with no problems.
