Best place to find a replacement multifunction switch for my 1999?
We pulled it out and then took it apart and tried cleaning the contacts which unfortunately made the issues worse.
The main issue was no rear lights, fog lights and dash lights when headlamps were turned on.
Now after trying to clean MFS, headlamps do not turn on at all, so it must be dying…..
No NOS units out there that I’ve seen. I bought an aftermarket from AutoZone or O’Reily’s - may still have the box to confirm. It works fine, two years old now. Very similar feel to OEM, though not quite the same.
The AutoZone 10 minutes from our house had a new, old stock available. My son found it and went over to buy it.
It was OEM from GM, still in the box and has a warranty!
He pugged it in and everything now works!

O'Reilly lists a C5 Corvette multifunction switch for $292.99 (!!). Part# is listed as CBS1035. I'm assuming it's not an OEM GM part, but at least it's available......
