Currently rebuilding C5 torque tube, replacing bearings, seals, couplers, bolts. I have discovered the plastic bushing between the prop shaft and driveshaft is worn, showing grooves, and I would like to replace. All search descriptions that I can think of to describe this part have failed to produce an image or part number.
Requesting part number or direction on where to source this part. I have called out in exploded view below as well as photo of the part.
Good info guys, thanks for responding. It looks like GM 88893996 is the part I'm looking for. I am going to order and post here to confirm when received.
What are the symptoms of this bushing being worn? I left mine in this past summer when I did torque tube bearings.
I would have re-installed the old bushing if it wasn't marked up and grooved around the outside. New driveshaft, couplers, bearings to address heavy vibration. Deeply invested in the rebuild and do not want to second guess this expensive piece of plastic.

Received the part and confirming GM 88893996. The new bushing is a tighter fit in the prop and shaft and the nose of the driveshaft, removing any play that was there with the worn bushing.
Thank you Smoken1 for the direction on part number.
